Refund policy

We accept returns for full refund within Australia.

To be eligible for return
Goods must be unused and original condition

Return must be initiated within 15 days of being received

Please allow up to 4 business days after your return has reached us for the refund to be processed. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note, should your return not meet our return policy standards listed above, it will not be eligible for refund, and we will re-ship the order to the original address.
